You can not screen your puppy buyers nor check the home to which they will be going.
Since you bred them,I assume that you are going to make your puppy buyers sign a contract that if they can not keep the dog at any time during its life or if the puppy is not well cared for, they must return it to you.
That is what RESPONSIBLE breeders do. Anyone who doesn't, should NEVER bred any dog.
Try the AKC's website or whatever kennel club your puppies are registered with. DogFancy Magazine has a whole section devoted to selling puppies, and they also have a website. Try those.
Don't try EBAY.
I would contact the organization that your puppies are registered with and start from there. I would NOT sell them on eBay since I think you are going to want local buyers.
