Hello there, I am not being rude..

There is NO such thing as a tea cup dog of ANY BREED!

Breeders are scamming people like you and are selling the RUNT of the litter for a very high price!!

Any overly small dog (I am a reg. breeder here) will have health problems down the track. In Maltese it is usually the cardiac area. Ethical, registered breeders will sell these pups as pets to be neuter as they generally have a shorter life span as well. The are sold cheaper to because of this. Ethical breeders tell it like it is, want the best for their dogs and dont breed for financial venture.

Please have a look at the rescues mentioned of at least talk to someone who breeds to better the breed not make money!Any one know where i can find Tea-Cup Maltese puppies for sale?
I agree that there is no such thing as a teacup Maltese or Yorkie as it is not mentioned anywhere in the AKC breed standard, which you can see for yourself by going to their site. A Maltese is supposed to weigh less than 7 lbs, but preferably 4-6 lbs. Anything smaller than that and you should really put aside a lot of money that will go toward vet bills since they often have or will develop health conditions (which is sometimes the reason they are that small to begin with). The Maltese is a small breed as is, so save yourself the heartache/extra vet bills and get one that is 4 lbs at least.
