Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppies for sale in California?

Could someone please link me to a website that has Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppies? I wouldn't mind if they were AKC registered or not but i would like it if they were purebred and not over $400. Thank you.Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppies for sale in California?
You won't be able to find a responsibly bred pup for under $400. They are prone to a serious heart and neurological problem which responsible breeders test for; and is expensive. You DO NOT want to buy a cheap Cavalier from a ';breeder.';

Consider adopting an adult dog. They are often overlooked and subsequently euthanized, even if they have been housebroken. Here are the many benefits of adopting an adult dog:

Yes, go to http://www.akc.org and look up Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. If there aren't any breeders in your area, ask one or more of the ones at akc.org via email if they can recommend a breeder closer to you.

I've never seen a Cav for sale for under $1,000 but if you would accept an older puppy, a young adult or even a retired show dog, you might get one in your price range. You could also try CKCS Rescue, which should also be listed at akc.org. There is a lot of heart disease in this breed so be careful.

Good luck!
I work in a vet clinic and we see so many of these dogs.. Even the well bred ones have so many health problems, many of them genetic. You really should not put a price limit on buying a dog. Take your time, do your research and get a dog from a breeder who is taking the time and effort to try to breed HEALTHY animals. Otherwise all you're doing is buying a huge vet bill waiting to happen and an animal who will likely be sick it's entire life and die at a young age.
since you have such a low price range, I suggest you try rescue.. www.petfinder.com

You wont find a quality, healthy Cavalier for less than $400.

Honestly, I wouldnt want to seek out the cheapest breeder possible, expecially with this breed. They are prone to all kinds of health problems.. a $400 pup may cost you more in the long run with the vet bills!

You'd be better off to save your money to afford one from a reputable breeder if you cant find one thru rescue.
Look at the AKC site under breeder referral, or look up your local shelters. Finding a responsible breeder and healthy puppies, you will pay more than $400. If you pay any less to a ';breeder'; you are getting an unhealthy dog from a Back Yard Breeder.
your not going to find a cavalier that is not over 400. the lowest i have ever seen one is $650.
