Well excuse me for saying, but buying puppies online is a little iffy. I think your best bet would be to ask local veterinarians for a list of breeders. Also, if you know anyone who has a breed like the breed you want, ask them where they got them from. If you see someone on the street with a breed you want, ask them, as well. Be wary of breeders.
