Why do you suppose some people want way to much on there puppies for sale?

and it certainly is way out of hand where breeders are concerned..whom do not give a darn whom need dogs due to health reasons as blindness,etc...and for that matter where dogs are concerned there is no acts of kindness here in helping out someone whom really needs a dog or puppy...but yet when the holidays come around many americans do acts of kindness..why is that...people should be kind all year long not just half the time..Why do you suppose some people want way to much on there puppies for sale?
Huh? If English is your second language, I'll cut you some slack, but your logic is still way way off.

People who need dogs due to health reasons are often GIVEN DOGS FOR FREE from various organizations. The dogs are funded through charitable contributions.

As far as others who 'need' dogs, dogs are a luxury. Few people 'need' them, just as few people 'need' a Louis Vuitton Purse or a Ferrari.

Dogs cost money. Your last question has you asking for a free puppy. As I stated before, if you cannot afford to even pay a rescue group $250 for a puppy, then you cannot afford a dog. How can you pay a $2000 emergency bill (like my puppy had at 8 months old)?

I think it may be time to learn the difference between *want* *need*.Why do you suppose some people want way to much on there puppies for sale?
Im lost by your question. If you know someone who is blind and needs a dog as a service dog-- they wont get a puppy. I cant think of a reason why anyone would ';need'; a puppy, typically puppies are purchased out of want. When someone breeds a dog they do it for reasons other than giving them to people that want one. If you really, really need a puppy---look at the shelter.
I do agree that people should be more kind, but sorry, I spend tons of money showing my dogs and health testing them and paying for a top sire. I am not going to give them away, nor should I be expected to. If you can't afford the price of a puppy then you probably can't afford the upkeep. That being said, to adopt a dog from a shelter costs considerably less money and if you don't care about a specific breed to compete in conformation then what does it matter? It's better to get a shelter dog and save a life. I have adopted three mixed breeds and two cats, and I love them as much as my purebred show dogs and goodness knows, they cost me alot less money!
People who need a dog for health/disability reasons can get an appropriate service dog, usually for free or a dollar.

Other than that, nobody ';needs'; a dog.

The price I charge for my pups reflects their quality, the amount of care, planning, work and time I've put into them, what they've cost me among other things. It is the going rate for a well-bred puppy in my breed in my part of the country. It's LESS than you'd pay for a BYB or puppymill puppy of the same breed from a pet store, and less than people are willing to pay for so-called ';designer dogs'; like ';goldendoodles';.

I see no reason to devalue my puppies or denigrate my work and effort by charging less. It's not my job to provide a puppy to everyone that wants one. For someone that appreciates my puppies, they are worth every cent.
Thats why I support adopting from a local shelter or getting a free puppy from craigslist or the local paper. Most breeders are out for money, theyre crooks. They dont care about the animals welfare, and that why so many animals end up in shelters, because theyre adopted out to idiots. Or thats why animals are sick, because theyre poorly bred by puppy mills or back yard breeders. I agree with you 100%! If you know someone who wants/needs a dog, tell them to look on craigslist, their local paper, or petfinder.com for a good dog at a fair price (some are even free!)
lol your question is kinda confusing, but a lot of the time when responsible breeders sell pups for so much its to cover the cost of taking all those pups to get there shots and health checked and the mom too, vet bills are pricey so they ask for an amount that will cover there costs ..but thats usually why.....that way there ensuring the health of the mom and pups and there not out a bunch of money
Go get that 'free' dog that you 'need', but don't come crying to me when you can't afford $5000 in surgery for that liver shunt. You know, the surgery that your puppy will 'need' to survive.

You are right that some people want wat too much for their puppies. All those puppy mills and such are asking way yoo much for their disgusting sickly dogs. The good breeders probably don't ask enough.
They are expensive. But there's a certain reason. Some of the parents might be champions in dog shows.

If you want a cheap puppy go to petfinder.com and you can get a homeless dog for cheap.
What?

Well bred, healthy and conformationally and tempermentally correct dogs are expensive to produce. Those breeders deserve to charge more for their dogs.
You are talking about Puppey MIllers or back yard breeders. NO reputable breeder would sell an unhealthy puppy.

As for acts of kindness I spread it out all year long
