I went to a local pet store and the cheapest one was 2 grand...if any one has any puppies close to Michigan i would reall like to know thank youDoes anyone have puppies for sale close to Michigan????
A pet store is the last place you want to go for a dog. Often dogs at pet stores come from Puppy Mills.

you don't mention what kind of dog you want.





I would suggest trawling through dog forums related to that breed and taking advice there.





That way, hopefully, you wont end up buying from a puppy farmer, and potentially end up with a dog with poor health (and high vet fees).





You might have to be patient and wait until a good breeder has its next litter. A good breeder will become an invaluable source of life time help.





I know that it is a pain but you will eventually come to love your dog and will want it to live for as long as possible.
