You're a bit specific about color -- most responsible breeders take that as a sign that you're too concerned about looks and haven't properly researched the breed's temperament, personality, and ownership requirements.





You either want a Siberian, or you don't. Color is secondary.





Just sayin'. As a breeder, I'm pretty turned off by that sort of attitude. Any responsible breeder would be.

Check your local shelter, rescue group, or Club to find a good pup by either rescuing it, or having them direct you to a good breeder (club will probably know some breeders). They will also be able to make sure that you know what you are getting into.





And why does it matter what color of the fur and eyes?
Craigslist.com or petfinder.com, although people putting huskies up on that are probably putting them up because the dog is too hyper. Huskies are very hyper animals and require training. If they are in a crowded shelter, they may not have received much training to break their habits.





I agree with the other poster. You are way too concerned about looks.
In addition to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd answers, which are excellent, I wanted to say that you should avoid buying through newspaper ads, the internet, pet stores or flea markets. Selling in those ways is the #1 hallmark of bad breeders.
If you use the newspaper, just make sure to go visit and insist upon seeing the mother and at least a picture (and get contact info) for the father of the litter. Otherwise, I think the others have given good answers.
