the best way to get a dog for that price is to adopt one from a shelter. you are not gonna find a pure bred pomeranian puppy for that price...most poms are about 500-1,000 depending of the parents, any complications during birth and the breeder themselves





just adopt it is cheaper and you are saving a life rather than contributing to over population of dogs!
Sure, you can use the scam and puppy mill/backyard breeder sites like Kijiji and whatever that other link was - if price is more important than quality and you don't care about the cost of vet bills and wno't be sad to see your dog in pain.
