I did a google search for Concord CA newspapers and got the Contra Costa Times. Not sure if that is in your area but if so ...

Also I urge you to consider a rescue dog instead of a puppy. Here are a few rescue links with some good information. (I am not judging ... I have previously purchased from a breeder. But while I love love love my Westie, I feel guilty and do wish that I had gone to the pound or a rescue organization.)
