500 -900 I would be VERY careful- Most likely you will end up with a dog that two people just decided to breed- When you look for a dog- MAKE sure to meet both parents, Temperamnt is Extremely important- especialy when your dog can grow to over 150 lbs- Also you might try Pet finder- They can show mastiffs in your area- They may not be brand new- But your saving a life-

You're begging for a lot of heartbreak and vet bills down the road when your poorly bred puppy shows the medical maladies and temperamental defects he or she has inherited. There is literally no way for a quality breeder to sell puppies for anything less than $1000 (and generally more like $1500-$2500) because you know what? Proper breeding is *expensive.*
Check the mastiff club of american for breeders. They will have the most well bred dogs out there. Make sure the breeder does health testing because that is very important with an x-large breed like this.

900 would be pushing it for a well bred health dog of this breed.
